Pat Aitken has been our Travel Advisor for at least 10 years and her knowledge and experience in the travel industry is invaluable.  Before meeting Pat, my husband and I tried the "do it yourself" method and of course we ran into problems that WE had to resolve ourselves while traveling and upon our return.  
As far as I'm concerned, Pat is worth EVERY PENNY of the reasonable fee she charges for her services.  Why not invest in hassle-free travel knowing you have a professional you can call when needed?  We do, and we're NEVER sorry we did.

Paying a good travel advisor, like Pat Aitken, a fee for her expertise, good advice and choices is so well worth it.  It saved me so much time, money, and hassle.  I told her my plans and schedule, and she did the rest.  How easy is that!  And best of all, if I had a change or any sort of problem, I didn’t have to call multiple people and places, and be put on hold for hours.  All I had to do was make ONE phone call to Pat and she would/did solve my problem.  I ended up having to cancel flights, hotel rooms, transfer due to a death in the family. Pat got ALL my money back within days of cancellation.
